Top 5 Nintendo DS Lite Cases

The Nintendo DS Lite is the newest hand-held game console. It's on a completely different level than the PlayStation Portable in the sense of the games are different.

This past Christmas, the DS Lite was hard to find. Both online stores and go-to stores were out of stock. Although, they weren't as hard to find as the Nintendo Wii, the DS Lite was still a hard to get item.

Because you're paying over a hundred dollars for the game console, you want to protect it with a case and cover.

Find my top 5 Cases at the below link.

Anime Based Video Games

Two recent Nintendo Wii games are based on anime characters and stories. Both of these games are rather interesting, especially if you're into anime.

No More Heroes (Wii) - Cheat Codes and Walkthrough
This game, by title sounds like a war game, but an anime game it is. Play as Travis Touchdown as you are a professional hitman, killing enemies as demanded.

Cheats & Walkthrough - One Piece Unlimited Adventure (Wii)
Restock your supplies in an unknown island with Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper. Battle enemies, catch insects and fish. Follow the orbs.

I'd definitely suggest these anime based Wii video games to try and play.

Football Video Games

I was browsing through HubPages, my new obsession, and found these great football games. Although, I'm not much of a physical contact sport type person, unless it's hockey, I do love a fun game. These are just that.

Madden NFL 08: PS2 & Xbox Cheats & Walkthrough
Madden NFL '08 was created for PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, and various other game consoles. The game is probably the best of the Madden NFL series. It plays at 60 shots per second and is very realistic to say the least.

All Pro Football 2K8: Cheats & Walkthrough (XBox)
The Xbox version of 2K8 is pretty good. I'll vote for that one. There are several moves in 2K8 that aren't legal in real NFL football, which makes the game interesting to play. Once you get the hand of the altered rules and regulations, you're in for a good time.

Backyard Football 2008
Backyard Foodball is a fun game for younger kids. The game takes real NFL football players and places them in the bodies of eight year olds. The game is interesting to watch, if anything. Unfortunately, more experienced gamers will get bored quickly playing the game.

And, lastly, online football games. There are a few sights that feature decent only football play.

Tomorrow, I'll try to give you guys something a little different. I'll see what I can come up with.

Windows Pc Games

Although, I've never been a big computer game fan, PC games are just as popular as Xbox games, Wii games, and Playstation games... Games like World of Warcraft have set the set for popularity, graphics, sounds, etc. In 2007, besides WOW and a few other Windows PC games, Crysis and Bioshock were three of the more popular games for computers.

Crysis - Walkthrough and Guide
Released in November 2007, this science fiction based computer game has been a hit. Throughout the game you will be fighting with an alien army and the North Koreans. The premise of the game is set so that an alien craft is discovered within the Earth's core. You'll find yourself fighting in 4 different locations- tropical island jungle, inside an Ice Sphere, the alien ship, and an American aircraft carrier.

BioShock Cheats & Hints
As a one person shooter game, you will be forced to fight against enemies while dodging the security systems in the area. This game is based on skill and technique. You'll need to work hard in order to survive the game.

Kane and Lynch - Tips, Cheats and Walkthrough
Kane and Lynch has a rather interesting storyline; Kane is a mercenary and Lynch is a pyschopath. The two men must use each other to survive and get back to their homes and families. This is a shooting game that can be played solo or with up to eight people.

Have fun and play hard. Till tomorrow. I'm out.

Halo 3- Xbox Video Game

Something a little different from what I've been showing you... We're going to go back to video games. Halo to be exact.

Halo 3 is the last game in the three part game series made for Xbox. The game features an interstellar war between the United Nations and a group of aliens. You must help fight the war.

When playing Halo a you will gather special skulls along the way. Hunting for these skulls has been compared to an Easter egg hunt, so you figure out a way to search for these Halo Easter eggs while you fight the alien troops.

For help finding the skulls: Halo 3 Skulls

When playing Halo Three, you'll encounter awesome graphics, sound, and lighting. They really seemed to pull out all the stunts when creating this game. If you've already played, as it has been out for a while, then you already know that. So, in that case you're probably looking for Halo 3 cheats, which you can find at: Halo 3 Cheats.

Otherwise, if you have your cheats, kinda know where the skulls are, maybe you're interested in armor. Throughout the game, you can unlock special armor to use. The cool thing is that you can alter and change the armor to make it a different color or such. Customizing your armor allows you to change the color, add icons, as well as other similar options.

Halo 3 Armor

I find that although the end of the Halo story has been told and completed with Halo 3, that doesn't necessarily mean that some sub- set of the game cannot be let loose. Hopefully, as Halo 1 -3 have all been very popular games, the company decides to put out another Halo game. Halo After the War- or something like that would be interesting to see play out.

Top 5 iPod Docks & Sound Systems

As promised, today I'll be talking about iPod accessories. Well, not jsut any accessory, but the dock & sound systems. These speakers charge your iPod in the dock station, while you are able to listen the the music through high quality speakers.

Most of these docks fit any and all iPods to date. Some only fit iPods with thw round menu button. But, I don't doubt that you wouldn't be able to find just one of the docks in the link below useful and to your benefit.

iPod Dock & Sound Systems

I mean how cool is it to be able to listen to your iPod when you're working around the house? Personally, being able to listen to music definitely helps me clean faster and keep to working until I'm done. But, the problem arises when my iPod's battery is low. I mean, yea I could use my computer, and pull up iTunes, but what if I'm not working in the room with the computer? Now, that creates a problem...

So, having the advantage of listening to your tunes while you work around the room is great. These dock and sound systems charger your iPod and allows you to listen to the music. Plus, most of the dock & speaker sets that are in the link above, are portable, which means, finished mopping in the kitchen, just move your iPod to the living room, while you fold clothes or vaccuum.

Plus, the top 5 iPod docks and speaker systems aren't going to break the bank. Four of the five are under $100.00, averaging around $60.00.

So, anyway, I've given you the pros of purchasing one of these accessories; it's now up to you to make the decision to do so. ;-)

Tomorrow, I'll try to squeeze in webcams for your desktop and notebook computer. You'll find the best and top webcams that won't hurt your wallet.

Rock Band for Xbox 360

Rock band is my new obsession. I love the variability of the game. Get bored with the guitar, play the drums. Get bored with the drums, try the vocals out. It's new. It's fun. It's cool.

Plus, having had a Playstation 2 for a while, being able to play wi-fi with others is awesome. There's always something new and exciting going on with Rock Band online.

Of course, I have my favorites to play with. But, that doesn't mean I won't play with someone new.

I find that although, the game is a little pricey in regards to the entire bundle, it's definately worth it. You get downloads and tons of songs. The downloads that you're able to purchase with Microsoft points are updated daily, so you never know what new song will be added next.

If you want to know more about Rock Band for Xbox you can click the link below. I guarantee you'll find a basic playlist, download information, cheats, song videos, and information about the drum pedal- where to fund the Rock Band drum pedal replacement kit.

Rock Band for XBox 360

Tomorrow, I think I'm goingto throw in a little iPod dock accessories, so look out for something a little different. I mean it is Games & Gadgets, so I can't make it all games, now can I? ;-)

Call of Duty 4

So, getting away from out nice little Nintendo Wii theme, I've decided to throw in a little warfare. But, don't worry. I'll get back to the Wii in due time. I still have more Wii video games and Wii accessories to share. But, until then, on with war...

Call of Duty 4 is an rather interesting game. Although, I haven't played it, I've heard prtty good reviews. With the Xbox version, you can even play online with friends and random players.

Call of Duty 4 focuses on warfare, as a contemporary infantry soldier combats various scenarios that are still unseen in the other Call of Duty video games. The storyline is interlaced between British Special Air Forces and United States Marine Corps Recon.

It comes in 3 game console versions- Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. So, the cheats are a little different for each version of the game. Below I have listed the cheats from what I can gather for each of the three versions of Call of Duty 4.

Nintendo Wii Games

So, I figured I go along with my Wii theme and mention a few cool Wii games (in no particular order besides the order I think them up). Unfortunately, I'll be making this entry short, as I'm a little busy today. But, I will still try to make it worthwhile, but in any sense I hope you read thoroughly and consider the purchase of these games, as the only reason they are mentioned is because I find them playable and interesting.

So, to get started with the first 3 on my list.

Bomberman Land
Released in the US in January 2008, Bomberman Land resembles the original Bomberman only slightly. The game is compact with several mini-games for you to play. It seems that the biggest concern is the pacing in between dialogue and repetivie music. The game is great for family fun. You can find Bomberman Land on DS, PSP, and Wii.

Guitar Hero 3
One of my favorite games from the beginning has been Guitar Hero, and upon the release of Guitar Hero 2, I was slightly disappointed. But, Guitar Hero 3 made its way back into my good graces. GH3 can be found in PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, and of course Wii. With a great playlist and speaker built right in to the guitar, you'll be greatly entertained.

Pokemon Battle Revolution
PBR is an iffy game in my opinion. I mean it's ok, but I'm not into the Pokemon creatures. I have heard that its decent depending on your Pokemon skills. Battle Revolution is a 100% battle game- no ifs ands or buts. No excess B/S. On the Nintendo DS version, you can combine Battle Revolution with Pokemon Pearl and Diamond.

Although, the article links are not my own, don't fear, click them and read about the particular Wii games. Stick around, within the month I'll add No More Heroes, One Piece: Unlimited Adventure, and Endless Ocean. Until, then, I'll see what I can come up with to meet you Tech and Game needs.

Nintendo Wii Controllers

So, it's that time again. Time for another blog. Please forgive my jovial mood about this; I'm fairly new to the blogging scene. I mean websites and such are a little different, so please bare with me, as I will hopefully have plenty to add to your ever growing gaming and technology needs.

So, anyway, I've brought you here, or rather you've found your way to this very spot because you're interested in the Wii controller. You either have already purchased a Nintendo Wii, or you're thinking about it. Either way, I want to start off this little chat stating that the Nintendo Wii controllers are by far the newest, most innovative gaming controller on the market today.

You'll definitely be pleased with the Wii controllers, whether you prefer the wiresless or the cabled controllers, Nintendo was sure to create them both for any and all gamers, alike.

The Nintendo Wii can be played with the:
  • Wii Remote
  • Wii Nunchuk
  • Wii Classic Controller
  • Wii i.Glow (which is also playable with the Nintendo GameCube)
  • The Wii Remote and Nunchuk are wireless controllers, whereas the Classic Controller and the i.Glow must be plugged into your game console, but serve the same purpose as your Remote and Nunchuk.

Although the Remote, Nunchuck, and the Classic Controller, are solid white, plain, bland controllers, you can spruce them up with various colorful skins. I've seen flames, camo, penguins, tie-dye, and solid colors- whether neon, pastel, or standard. Just take your pick.

Be sure to check out a more in-dept description about the different controllers and find a few skins that may suit your tastes, but checking out Top Wii Controllers.

But, with any gaming console, you find games. Duh. Well, these games can be racing, shooter, and sports games, as well as other various adventure games and mini-game series.

Well, once again, Nintendo has created the new innovative way of playing these such games. Usually, with the current game consoles, you can find a steering wheel, but usually that's about it. What about the teeing off while playing golf with Tiger or batting with the greats? The Nintendo Wii covers that without fail. Attach your Wii Remote and/or Nunchuk to the various guns and sports equipment. But, of course, we cannot forget the races; you'll also find a steering wheel and an airplane navigator.
